REFUNDS and RETURN POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they reach the fulfillment process, usually within 24 hours after ordering. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours at support@degreetshirts.com.or call 866-919-5088. Please leave a message. Once the fulfillment  process has started the order can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Degree T Shirts does not offer refunds. Items are made to order when purchased. You can receive an exchange if:

• item has not been worn and in original packaging along with receipt
• you receive the wrong item
• item received is defective in nature. Please send photo to support@degreetshirts.com along with order number.

We do not issue an exchange if:

• your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
• your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, delayed by pandemic restrictions).

*You can submit exchange requests within 15 days. You can do it by sending a message on our Contact Us page or by calling 866-919-5088 and leaving a message.
